Celebrating life and art needn’t hurt the planet

Millions travel to events and festivals like Submerge every year. That’s a lot of fuel miles and a lot of carbon, but the charity Energy Revolution is restoring some balance. Working with festival organisers and audiences, it collects donations to support renewable energy projects across the UK and is going to smash its goal of £10 million raised by 2020, very soon.

By adding a £1 donation to the charity on our tickets page we won’t single-handedly solve climate change, but we’ll be making an impact. We’re starting small, but if enough people do just a little to help the results could be incredible. Together we can create a sustainable energy revolution. We’re doing our bit.
