Submerge Labs: Three Easy Steps To Becoming A Triple Threat Workshop – Lucy McCormick

Provocative artist and performer Lucy McCormick shares insight into her unique performance making practice

Self-confessed triple threat artist Lucy McCormick makes club installations, cabaret interventions and extravaganza theatre shows.

This practical workshop will give participants an insight into Lucy’s performance-making practice via research, writing, devising, choreography and karaoke. Interests in pop iconography, image culture and mass consumption will make way for experimentations in mess, destruction and despair. The workshop will include heavy elements of dance and song, although no prior experience is necessary – amateurism is welcomed!
